Leonard Bastien

Leonard Bastien was the Head Chief for the Piikani Nation for several terms, as well as serving a half dozen terms on Council. He was the Chairman for the Alberta Chiefs’ Summit Process from 1997-2002. At the time of the 2008 Summer Institute, he had been providing consulting services for Region 3, Calgary and Area, Child and Family Services Authority, Native Multi-Service Team for five years.
